A few weeks ago was Random Acts of Kindness Day so we decided to get out and spread some love into our local community.

It's a simple enough idea. Write a thoughtful note of encouragement, give it to someone we've never met before, and walk away before they read it.

We really didn't know what to expect. Would people refuse the note? Would they chase after us if they didn't like it? There was only one way to find out.

Being kind shouldn’t be reserved for any one specific day, nor does it have to cost money.

Kind words, a handwritten note, a warm smile, holding the door, there are so many ways to spread kindness. Not only will you make someone’s day better, but you’ll be amazed at how great YOU feel when giving to others. 🙌
